When you sign up for Schedumon, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed, never stored in plain text). When you connect social media accounts, we store OAuth tokens (encrypted at rest) to publish content on your behalf. We do not access or store your social media passwords.

All OAuth tokens are encrypted using Fernet symmetric encryption. Authentication uses httpOnly secure cookies. Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect your data.
Schedumon integrates with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Business Profile via their official APIs. We only access permissions required to publish and monitor content. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Schedumon uses third-party AI services to power features such as caption generation and content suggestions. Text you submit to AI features may be processed by our AI provider. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published.
If you use white-labeling, your branding configuration (logo, colors, domain) is stored on our servers and served to your end users. Client Portal users can view posts, analytics, and approve content within the scope granted by their agency administrator. We do not share client portal data outside of your organization.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at [email protected].
