By accessing or using Schedumon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Schedumon is a social media management platform that enables users to schedule, publish, and monitor content across 11 platforms: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Threads, WeChat, and Weibo. Features include AI-powered caption generation, white-labeling, client portals, and real-time engagement monitoring. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with unauthorized users. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Post content that violates platform policies of connected social networks
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or platform restrictions
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. AI-Generated Content

Schedumon provides AI-powered features for content suggestions, caption generation, and hashtag recommendations. You acknowledge that AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing. Schedumon is not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content that you choose to publish.

7. White-Label Usage

White-label features allow you to rebrand the Schedumon interface with your own identity. You may not misrepresent the underlying service or claim Schedumon's technology as your own proprietary software. Custom domains must be properly configured and must not infringe on any third-party trademarks.

8. Limitation of Liability

Schedumon is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for content posted through the service, platform API changes, or social media account actions taken by third parties.
